Kyoshi Ranjeet Keshari, head of ISKK, Asia was born in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India on Dec. 16, 1969. He received his black belt 1st Degree (Shodan) in 1988 and now he is a recipient of 7th Degree Black Belt (Nanadan) awarded by MasahiraMotomura Shihan, head of World Budo-Karate League, Furinkazan Shotokan, Japan in 2016 & the World Karate-Do Shotokan. Apart from Karate, he has also mastered some Indigenous martial arts of India like Kalaripayattu and Thang-ta.

Kyoshi Keshari is an official member of International Karate Masters Association, Japan and also has a life membership of International Seito Karate Kenkyukai.
